Ingredients:
500 Grams Jaggery (grated or powdered)
8 Medium Egg
1 cup Coconut milk (thick)
2 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
1/2 Teaspoon Ground cinnamon (powder)
1/2 Teaspoon Ground cardamom pods (powder)
1/2 Cup Cashew nuts
1/4 Cup Sultanas (optional)
Directions:
Step 1
Put jaggery, egg, coconut milk, and vanilla essence into a food processor or a blender and beat well for about 2 minutes.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a medium-sized heat-resistant bowl.
Step 3
Add ground cardamom and ground cinnamon into the bowl and mix well.
Step 4
Put cashew nuts & sultanas(optional) on top of the mixture and steam for about 1 hour.
Step 5
For better taste, set it aside for 30 minutes before you put it into a fridge & let it cool for a couple of hours before serve.
