INGREDIENTS
1 cup chopped chicken breast ( chop them into cubes)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chilli flakes
Pinch of salt
Avocado 1/2
1/2 cup chopped lettuce
1 large wrap
1/2 tbsp chipotle sauce or any sauce of choice
1/3 red onion sliced
METHOD
In a bowl, add chicken breast, honey, chilli flakes and salt. Mix to combine and marinate for 10 min.
Heat up a non-stick skillet and add the chicken breast; lightly fry in low to medium heat.
Keep turning them with a tong and make sure not to burn the chicken.
Once the chicken is cooked set aside and assemble the wrap
I cut the large wrap in two; spread chipotle sauce, add lettuce, onions and chopped avo and top with the sweet and spicy chicken!
