Ingredients:
- 700 Grams Milk Chocolate (Cut into small pieces)
- 150 Grams Cashew Nuts
- 100 Grams Sultanas/ Raisins (Cut into small pieces)
- 30 Grams Butter
- 2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Can Condensed Milk (400g)
Directions:
First prepare the tray by aligning two sets of baking paper sheets, leaving extra paper edges hanging (See the video).
Now it is time to melt the Chocolate. Here, I am using a saucepan (you can also use a double boiler method) to melt the Chocolate. So add the Chocolate and butter into the saucepan on low heat and mix well. After 2 minutes, add the condensed milk and combine well. When the Chocolate looks completely melted, add the vanilla and stir continuously for another 2-3 minutes. Now add the cashew nuts and combine well. Then mix in the raisins. In another 2 minutes, the mixture should be in the right consistency.
Now put the mixture, onto the prepared tray. Spread and level with a buttered spatula. Now cover the tray well with cling film and keep it in the fridge for at least 6 hours (12 hours or overnight is much better). Once ready, take it out of the fridge and remove the baking papers. Now cut the Chocolate Fudge into squares using a knife. These scrumptious little darlings are ready to be served now, enjoy!
