INGREDIENTS
2 cans of polos
2tbs roasted curry powder
1 tbs chili powder
1 tsp saffron
3 cloves garlic
1 sprig of curry leaves
1tbs Moldives fish
1 pices of cinnamon
1tbs Tamarind paste
1 cup coconut milk
2 green chilies
1 chopped tomato
1 small chopped onion
salt to taste
METHOD
In a pan add an onion, garlic, chili powder, roasted curry powder, saffron, cinnamon, tomatoes, green chilies, polos and salt.
Mix well and marinate for sometime
Put in coconut milk and place the temp.
On very low heat cook for about 30 min.
Add tamarind paste before turning of the heat
