Avocado Milkshake



Ingredients:

2 to 3 cups cold milk

1 or 2 ripe avocados

3 -4  tablespoons sugar, or to taste (check the avocado for bitter taste)

A couple of ice cubes

Preparation:

Peel the avocado and cut in half and discard the pit. Scoop out the fleshy part.

In a blender add the avocado, milk and sugar. Blend until it’s creamy and smooth.

You can adjust the consistency of the milk shake by adding and reducing the quantity of milk.

Finally put the ice cubes in the blender and run it for another minute.

Pour into glasses, and serve chilled.
